2. Cheating, hacking, game or system tampering will get you kicked out of DWC. NOTE: PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND YOUR XBOX LIVE(XBL) TERMS AND CONDITIONS, FOLLOW ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, AND ABIDE BY THEM and AS FOLLOWS ...DWC does not condone the purchase of cheating, hacking or any other form that would violate this section.
3. Discrimination of any type will NOT be tolerated at all! This includes inside of lobbies, chat forums, or any game of any type. Please represent DWC to the fullest and in a positive manner. Do not fall victim to another user egging you on. Simply, mute the player or leave the game and/or lobby. Report the player to a higher up if they are a DWC member. If it is a public person, have your entire party leave that game. What you do and how you act are both reflections on how DWC is perceived.
4. Harassment of any type, including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, will NOT be tolerated. If you are found in violation of this section, you will face the harshest punishment, including possible dismissal from DWC, depending on the severity.
5. ALL MEMBERS MUST BE AGE 7 OR OLDER. NO EXCEPTIONS in DWC.
6. All members are accountable for themselves and their actions. Leaders within DWC are NOT responsible for members who break rules. Violating members will be judged by the higher ranks up through DWC Management.
7. Adding DWC in front of your gamertag will allow you to go up in rank with a supervisor’s consent.
8. All members in DWC have an open door policy to present any problems or ideas. Please use the chain of command when you need to express these things. You should never go over your superiors' heads. Please respect your leaders.
9. Tea-bagging is NOT allowed, at anytime, in any game we play, in any tournament(s), in any Clan Wars, any Game Battle, etc... (Tea-bagging is the gesture displayed by crouching and standing rapidly. No dead bodies need be present.)
10. We ask for 100% loyalty from all members in DWC. You can only be in DWC and no other clan or community on XBL. Remember that we are a family and should have each other's back.
11. Never leave another DWC member behind. To quit in the middle of a game because your team is not winning is not acceptable. This is considered leaving a member behind. We are all DWC. We will win or lose together. This includes practices, tournaments, Game Battles, etc.
12. Members should attend at least one meeting per week and at least three practices a week. Doing so will help us to be organized and help us gain the necessary skills to dominate when in action.
13. If you are called to a party by a higher ranking member please respond to that person ASAP. (Note: Even if you don't like that person or have had problems with that person in the past. You must answer their call no matter what).
14. Modded Controllers are not allowed during practice and tournaments. If you use them, you will be kicked out of practice for a week. If you use them in a tournament, your team is automatically disqualified!
15. REMEMBER TO MAKE SURE YOUR MOTTO AND BIO ARE VISIBLE SO WE MAY VERIFY YOU MUCH QUICKER. THIS CAN BE DONE IN YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS UNDER PROFILE SHARING. JUST SIMPLY SET IT TO EVERYONE.

 DWC Ranking System

Probie (Pbe)

     Requirements- Join DWC and sign up on our website.

     Duties- Respect and learn all DWC's ranking system and Code of Conduct.

     Reports to- Private and up

Private (Pvt)

     Requirements- Know all DWC's ranking system and Code of Conduct and to be a member of DWC's website and DWC

     Duties- To be an active member of DWC 

     Reports to- Private First Class and up

Private First Class (PFC)

     Requirements- To recruit at least one person and to get him or her to sign up on our website.To teach him or her the Code of Conduct and chain of command. To be a positive role model to both new and old members.

        Duties- To recruit members to DWC 

     Reports to- Lance Corporal and up

Lance Corporal (LCpL)

     Requirements- To recruit at least two more people to DWC and get them to sign up on our website.

     Duties- To recruit new members to DWC and teach them the Code of Conduct and chain of command.

     Reports to- Corporal and up

Corporal (Cpl)

     Requirements- Must have been a member of DWC for at least 1 week. Know all the ranks of DWC and teach them to other members. Get people to join DWC and sign up on our website. Be a positive role model for all members of DWC and any other player.

     Duties- To bring in new members to the clan. To be active in DWC's forum.

     Reports to- Sergeant and up

Sergeant (Sgt)

     Requirements- To have been a member of DWC for over 3 weeks.

     Duties- Stay active on forum. This person should know the Ranking Structure  through to the Chief General as well as the DWC Code of Conduct. This person must have recruited at least 4 members into DWC and have met all the requirements of Corporal as well as helping new members with recruiting. 

     Reports to- Staff Sergeant and up

     Requirements- To pass our 'Rank Exam'

     Duties- g

     Reports to- Gunnery Sergeant and up

Gunnery Sergeant (GySgt)

     Requirements- Must be a member of DWC for at least 5 weeks

     Requirements- Must recruit at least one more member to DWC

     Requirements- Meet with a Chief General and play a custom game with him to determine if eligible to rank up
